Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS, UPS, & FedEx. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You will see the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our herbal products, we have specific guidelines for returns:
Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@ascendedfromnature.com or within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact us at info@ascendedfromnature.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used herbal products. All sales are final on clearance or sale items.
