Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated based on order weight and your destination. Your final total will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Tracking: Once your order departs our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We look forward to expanding our reach in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are crafted from living botanicals and intended for personal wellness, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
Final Sale Policy: To protect the integrity of our collections and the health of our customers, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped, even if the product is unopened or unused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Your satisfaction is vital to our mission. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@ascendedfromnature.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a resolution that aligns with your needs.
Initiating a Claim:
Email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
We will discuss your preferred resolution (Replacement, Exchange, or Refund) before moving forward.
If a return is required due to our error or damage, we will cover the shipping costs and provide the necessary address.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we never accept returns on opened or used herbal products. Additionally, all sales are final on clearance or promotional items.
